This time, you’re getting in the hot seat.
You’ll be placed in a small group, and everyone will have the opportunity to bring a real business problem, challenge, or opportunity to the table.
Here’s how it works:
🔥 2 Minutes — Your Problem Present the challenge you’re currently facing.
❓ 1 Minute — Clarifying Questions Your group asks questions to better understand the situation.
💡 1 Minute — Ideas, Suggestions & Connections Your group brings ideas, potential solutions, introductions, and connections that could help.
Then we rotate.
Everyone gets a turn.
The goal isn’t to give a presentation. It’s to solve real problems with real people in the room.
